Comic Book Projects
I have been working with two talented comic artists - David Gunawan and Daniel Rodrigo - to create sequential pages for comics I scripted. "Hutt Empire" is a story from George Lucas's Star Wars universe that is set before the Old Republic era. In this comic I introduce a new element to Star Wars - miscegenation - through one of the main characters, Qua. Qua is truly an "unknown species", hence the series former title, "The Old Republic: Unknown Species", or TORUS, for short. My Hutt Empire storyworld is now as expansive as the Old Republic storyworld.
The other comic book is the opener for my r/K Universe. Shiv & Shroud is a dark tale focusing on a pair of "unheroes" that have a cloak-and-dagger way of meting out justice within a corrupt dystopic major metropolis. The r/K Universe (pronounced "Ark") features hundreds of characters and concept artworks by over 50 illustrators from around the world.

Star Wars - HUTT EMPIRE
I worked with David Gunawan on a full 22-page fan-fiction comic book set in the Star Wars Universe. I have a passion for the Star Wars Old Republic era and used that to create a new era known as the Hutt Empire. I have crafted dozens of characters and extensive narratives for my "Hutt Empire" story world. My dream was always to write KOTOR 3.

Hutt EmpirE - Storylines
Star Wars: Hutt Empire is my corner of the Star Wars universe. It is as expansive as what George Lucas created on his own, and narratively, the storyworld is as developed as the KOTOR games which inspired me to create Hutt Empire. I have decided to post my full notation document which lays out the storylines for Hutt Empire. Worth noting, this document includes cosmic notation which will not be properly understood by readers here. That being said, those cosmic notations are not integral.

Shiv & Shroud

Shiv & Shroud has been designed as a mini-series and presents the r/K Universe to the public through introducing some of its darker and more brooding super-powered heroes - Mr. Jingle and Nooey. The primary villain for the mini-series is the hulking, Bear Ramage. The story takes place in Toyko playing out some of the noir tropes of old school gangster stories along with a focus on the cloak-and-dagger "unhero" protagonist pairing. Mr. Jingle is an assassin-shapeshifter while Nooey controls anyone in their sleep (narcolepsy). Separately driven by vengeance and a need for purpose, this cloak-and-dagger pair with dark powers unite to dismantle the criminal syndicate cell that is part of a larger empire known as “The Host”.
